At Trader Vic’s Hospitality Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your island-inspired home goods. If your purchase doesn't bring the spirit of Aloha to your home, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all glassware and ceramics are properly cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse facility; please retain your tracking information.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
